I feature acoustic music on my radio show: Americana, bluegrass, cowboy, folk, old timey and Scandinavian music, as well as readings from Farmer's Almanacs with astrology, astronomy and garden info. I am a long-time board member of the Butte Folk Music Society, a musician (guitar player and singer) and I perform together with Buckwheat Bob in the Wild Mountaineers String Band, Being of Scandinavian heritage, I also am interested in Swedish folk music and play the nyckelharpa, a traditional folk instrument from Sweden. I am also a grandmother, a vegetarian, and a firefighter/EMT. I live in the mountains and enjoy rural life.
